The Work to be done under this Contract consists of Overlaying various road sections in the City of Winkler for a unit price remuneration, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The major items of Work are: Planing of Asphalt Pavement - Approximately 4,550 m2. Asphalt Paving - Approximately 650 metric tonnes. All measurements provided are estimates. The Owner reserves the right to award the Contract to any Bidder considering the prices and pursuant to clauses regarding acceptability and evaluation of Bids.
