Water Testing and Treatment Services for HVAC Systems The initial term of any Contract awarded shall commence on the date the Contract is fully executed by the Procurement Director/Procurement Agent and expiring on the last day of the twelfth (12th) month following execution of the Contract by the Procurement Director/Procurement Agent ("Initial Contract Term"), unless otherwise stated in the Contract.
