Site work for a civil project in Zapata, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construct One (1) One Hundred-Thousand-Gallon (100,000 GAL) Elevated Storage Tank and One (1) Twenty-Thousand-Gallon (20,000 GAL) Booster Station, including installation of Two (2) Booster Pumps, Electrical Controls, Pump Housing Improvements, Perimeter Fencing, Chlorination System, and all associated appurtenances. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to the County of Zapata,Texas or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The work to be performed under this contract shall commence within the time stipulated by the City/County in the Notice to Proceed, and shall be fully completed within 240 calendar days thereafter. MBE (49.4%), WBE (6.9%)
