The Town of Blackfalds is seeking qualified environmental consulting services through a formal Request for Proposal process to conduct annual monitoring of the old landfill within the Town of Blackfalds. This work is to include groundwater, landfill gas, surface water monitoring, and visual cap inspection. Reference Number: AB-2023-01930 Proponent RFP Clarifications Submission Deadline: March 13, 2023, 4:30 pm If a Bidder has any question about the contents of the RFP package, process, or about any matters relating to clarification, errors or omissions of the RFP package they are to direct these enquiries in writing to the Town of Blackfalds representative: Laura Thevenaz, Infrastructure Services Manager at lthevenaz@blackfalds.com It is the Town's intent to enter into a three-year agreement with services commencing on award of the project, with a two (2) year option for extension. Contract extension is at the discretion of the Town and is subject to satisfactory performance from the successful Proponent, and the Town's acceptance of pricing to reflect CPI after the three-year term The Evaluation Team may reject the lowest cost Proposal, or any or all Proposals. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
