Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Remer, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,029-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of January 4, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. This Project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference. A. The work will be completed under one prime contract. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Installation of a new pole building to cover an existing natural spring. 2. The pole building foundation will be comprised of stacked gabion bales with concrete sonotube piers at each post location. 3. Electrical lighting in the pole barn and at exterior doors. 4. Electrical outlets in the pole barn. Est.
