MBE Participation (%) 30.0 The work required under the Contract includes, but is not limited to the repair, reconstruction, rehabilitation, removal, and/or improvement of portions of existing curbs, curb and gutter, driveway, sidewalks (including elevated sidewalk) and brick The Engineer and representatives of the Department of Transportation, Transportation Engineering and Construction Division, Footway Section will determine the scope of necessary repairs. These locations may vary in size from a small section of (16 Sq. Ft) on each block to full block sidewalk repair. The City may not provide a steady flow of locations to the contractor and the contractor will have reasonable notice of each location. Prequalification Categories required for bidding on this project are A02601 (Portland Cement Concrete Paving). Cost Qualification Range for this project will be from $700,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Cost Qualification Range for this project will be from $600,000.00 to $800,000.00. Principle Items of work for this project are: 5 in. Concrete Sidewalk - 58,000 SF; 5 in. Exposed Aggregate Sidewalk - 7,500 SF; 7 in Concrete Pavement - 8,000 SF. The MBE Goal is 30%; The WBE Goal is 15%. The Cost Classification Range for this project will be from $650,000.00 to $850,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
