Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Clemson, South Carolina. Design plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; office development; office development; and office development.

A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project includes but is not limited to the following: Within the atrium of the existing three-story Life Science Building, construct a new office tower that will connect all three floors with a three-story tall curtainwall façade on the atrium side. Within each floor the walls of the tower will be gypsum board and metal stud. Scope of work also includes renovating the existing small break area on the ground floor to become a new office suite. The building will be occupied during the renovation. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Construction of offices in underutilized space around the LSB atrium. Construction Cost Range: $500,000 - $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
