The Town of Woodbury is accepting proposals for the development of a Master Plan for Woodbury's main Town Park. Questions should be directed to Parks Superintendent, Mike Lodice, at (203) 695-4329. The Town may accept the bid proposal which, in its sole discretion, it determines to be in its own best interest, or it may reject any or all bids. These documents in no way establish the right of any bidder to the award of the contract. The successful bidder(s) will be required to submit a current Certificate of Insurance. The Town of Woodbury, AA/EOE/Title VI, is seeking proposals for a comprehensive plan to address the future Hollow Park improvement concepts being considered by the Parks and Recreation Department per the existing allencompassing Parks Master Plan. The Parks and Recreation Department has supplemental materials that can be provided for reference including topography reports, park schematics and the 2021 Master Park Plan. The Design Group shall include the following in their bid: o Plan for executing an existing condition analysis. o Plan for developing a comprehensive conceptual design. o Anticipated project duration from start to completion. o Design Group's availability to begin project once bid has been awarded. o References for similar work completed in the last 3 years. o Ability to provide a Certificate of Insurance meeting the Town of Woodbury's requirements. o Proposed compensation amount for the above scope of services.
