Renovation of a medical facility in Elgin, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project consists of demolition of a steam absorption chiller with associated pumps and cooling tower. Replacement chiller shall be water-cooled, electric centrifugal chiller. Including mechanical room piping, cooling tower, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps and electrical modifications. Remove chilled water plant pneumatic controls and replace with direct digital control system. TRADE COST RANGE BID DATE/TIME HEATING under $1,500,000 TEMPERATURE CONTROLS under $210,000 ELECTRICAL under $150,000 Minority, Women, Persons with Disabilities, and Veteran Business Subcontractor/Supplier Participation is applicable. Prevailing Wage. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Prevailing Wage. Project has been cancelled.
