The Owner, the City of Salmon Arm, offers to receive proposals for the "LAWN BOWLING GREENS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT" Anticipated Lawn Bowling Greens Maintenance Contractor Responsibilities The City anticipates that the Contractor would be responsible for provision of all services and daily maintenance for the Lawn Bowling Greens from April 1 to October 31 during each year of the Contract, as required, to ensure successful maintenance of this City asset Notwithstanding any other requirements, the contractor responsibilities shall meet the requirements and all applicable regulations from the authority having jurisdiction. The specifications outlined in this request for proposal are to be considered as desirable and any change to the specifications noted herein must be fully documented. Incomplete or vague proposals will not be considered. The City of Salmon Arm will not accept responsibility for the costs incurred by the submitters for the preparation and submission of a Proposal or, for loss of potential profits where the project is not awarded. The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
