Reference number : 1698017 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-15 Centre de services scolaire de Montreal / BDA is inviting tenders for the Upgrading of Boiler Room and Replacement of Rainwater-Sanitary Drainage at Ecole Madeleine-de-Vercheres. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total cost of the tender, including applicable taxes, in favor of the Center de services scolaire. This bid security must be presented in one of the following forms: A certified cheque; An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a financial institution valid for a period of 45 days following the date of opening of tenders. [C1] A bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act. [C2] As bid security, only the surety bond and the irrevocable letter of guarantee are accepted when transmitting a bid electronically. No other form of guarantee is accepted with this mode of transmission. If the tender documents provide for another form of tender guarantee and the service provider wishes to rely on it, the tender must be submitted exclusively in paper form. The work must be entirely carried out in 2 phases respecting the dates indicated in article 1.4 of Section 00 21 16 - Additional instructions to tenderers. No renewal option.
