Renovation of a municipal facility in Toms River, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide all necessary labor, materials, and disposal services for the complete turnkey installation of a replacement generator as shown in the accompanying plans and specifications. Any and all work to complete this task shall be subsumed in these items. Department of Public Works (DPW) Emergency Generator Replacement Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, Chapter 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (P.L. 1977, Chapter 33), requiring stockholder's and partnership names. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved in accordance with applicable law.
