The scope of work is to include environmental drilling services to be conducted under supervision of PGW's Environmental Services Unit and/or consultant on an as needed basis. The scope of services to be provided are described in detail in Attachment B. The five properties currently enrolled in the Act 2 program are listed above. We anticipate most drilling activities to be concentrated on or around these properties, but the services described in this RFP may be required anywhere within PGW's service area which includes the entire City of Philadelphia. PGW may award contracts to multiple Consultants which may perform work at one, or multiple sites. There is no guarantee on the amount of work that will be portioned to any Consultant. The five MGP sites are located at the following addresses: PGW Passyunk Plant located at 3100 West Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19145 PGW Richmond Plant located at 3100 East Venango Street, Philadelphia, PA 19135 PGW Tioga Yard located at 3101 East Venango Street, Philadelphia, PA 19135 PGW Meter Shop located at 900 West Diamond Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122 PGW Belfield Station located at 5138 Belfield Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144 CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/14/2023 11:00 AM
