The City invites you to submit a proposal for Traffic Signal Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services. This section describes the desire to establish a three (3) year contract term with three (3) additional one-year terms. The successful contractor will be required to provide quality services with minimum service call backs. The work to be done under this contract must consist of providing all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor, incidentals, and material and perform all work necessary to maintain traffic signal systems within the City of Turlock. The list of Traffic Signal Systems is hereby attached as Exhibit 'B' and the safe operation of the intersection during preventative maintenance and the Preventative Maintenance Checklist as Exhibit 'B'. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and process, implements, tools, and machinery, except as otherwise specified, which are necessary and required to provide the Services and shall perform such services in accordance with the standards of its profession and the specifications attached hereto as Exhibit A. CONTRACTOR shall provide Services that are acceptable to CITY.
