Renovation of a conference / convention center in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
The work generally includes rehabilitation and upgrade of the CPC 30k Patio Deck, north of the Pan Pacific Hotel Oeans 999 resturant. The 30k Patio Deck serves as the roof of the 24k meeting rooms. The following items have been identified as requiring rehabilitation / upgrade: Remove and dispose the raised patio deck and fountain; Remove and dispose the promenade topping; Replace the 24k meeting room roof membrane; and Replace the 24k meeting room roof topping. The location of the work is on the 30k level of the Canada Place facility, adjacent to the Pan Pacific Hotel Oceans 999 resturant, displayed below (approximate area: 8000 ft2).
