The project includes maintenance repairs to various City of Rochester bridges. The maintenance activities include but are not limited to: joint repairs seal asphalt cracks remove and replace bridge light fixtures maintenance cleaning and washing railing repairs and localized painting sidewalk repairs concrete repairs resetting curb Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 20% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% The Contractor hereby agrees to perform all work in accordance with the City of Rochester Standard Construction Contract Documents, November 1, 1991, and Contract Documents issued , and addenda thereto, all which are a part of this Agreement whether or not attached. The City Engineer is the agent of the City and has ultimate responsibility for the Project as provided in the Standard Construction Contract Documents. The Project was designed byLu Engineers, Ramsey E. Kahi, PE, 280 East Broad Street, Suite 170 Rochester, NY 14604 for the City of Rochester, New York, Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Architecture and Engineering, The Project Manager is the representative of the City Engineer and will assume all duties and responsibilities and will have the rights and authority assigned to the Project Manager in the Standard Construction Contract Documents in connection with completion of the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City Engineer will appoint the Project Manager prior to the start of construction.
