Renovation of a mixed-use development in Staatsburg, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; playground / park / athletic field; and pre-engineered storage facility.
**As April 26,2023 the project has not been awarded and a timeline for the award is not yet established.** This project is the removal of existing slate roofing, repairs to roof structure, decking, soffits & sascia as well as the installation of asphalt shingles and painting for the general contract, and installation of a new lightning protection system and related electrical components for the electrical contract. D006100 $37,295.80 Thirty-seven thousand, two hundred ninety-five dollars and eighty cents.
