Remodeling and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a 32,140-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and clubhouse / community center.
Repairs and redevelopment of Quilles St-Jovite sport centre into a community centre of the City. The converted building will house community and leisure spaces and will serve to relocate there the City Culture and Recreation Department. The project will allow to increase this Department office space and provide storage facility for equipment used for sports and fun event. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being finalized. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in spring 2025.
