Remodeling and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a 32,140-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and clubhouse / community center.
Repairs and redevelopment of Quilles St-Jovite sport centre into a community centre of the City. The converted building will house community and leisure spaces and will serve to relocate there the City Culture and Recreation Department. The project will allow to increase this Department office space and provide storage facility for equipment used for sports and fun event. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a full team of architectural and engineering professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in mid-summer 2024. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
