For Beaverdam Park Roof Replacement Gloucester County is seeking quotations from a qualified, licensed, and insured contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace the roofs on two buildings located at Beaverdam Park. SPECIFICATIONS: Animal Hut Building The replacement shall include the below features and specifications: o Protect all existing structures, shrubs, and property during removal, taking caution to keep all entrances free of hazards. o Remove and dispose of existing shingles & underlayment to sheathing o Remove and repair or replace all rotted sheathing o Remove and replace all rotted fascia/trim boards with PVC product o Furnish and install synthetic felt to the entire roof o Furnish and install ice and water shield on the perimeter o Furnish and install Pinnacle Pristine Architectural Shingles- Color Tan (or approved equal) o Furnish and install new flashing on vents o All lawn and landscape areas shall be restored to their pre-construction status o Disposal of all materials is the responsibility of the Contractor. Leftover new shingles shall be furnished to the County. Working Hours, Access, Site Regulations o Normal working hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am-5:00 pm. If the contractor would like to work outside of these hours, please notify the County at the time of bid submission. o Tobacco use is prohibited in County buildings and on-site.
