For HVAC Service Contract The City of Wilkes-Barre intends to award a Services Contract to a qualified firm with expertise in Heating, Venting & Air Condition Systems (HVAC) under the solicitation for the: The City of Wilkes-Barre HVAC Service Contract Technical Problems or General Questions regarding the bid can be directed to jzaykowski@wilkes-barre.pa.us or (570) 208-4138 Scope of Work is defined in the request for proposals. The term of this contract is for a 2-year period with an option for a third. Contracts will be awarded to the responsible proposers who submits the best qualifications & availability. The successful proposers shall anticipate a Notice of Award within 30-days after the proposals have been reviewed and a Notice of to Proceed shall be issued shortly thereafter. The City of Wilkes-Barre encourages minority owned firms, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms to submit proposals. The proposer must ensure that the employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability.
