Construction Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of one-hundred (100) percent of the Contract as awarded. Bids may be held by the Eldred Township Board of Supervisors for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
