BGSU is initiating a new RFP to refine the service contract requirements for Collection and Disposal of Recycling and Solid Wastes to more accurately meet the needs of the campus community. Service, cost, continuous improvement, and appearance of campus remain the highest priorities with relation to this RFP. Note that you can resubmit your bid as many times as needed leading up to the solicitation deadline. Doing so will overwrite your previous submission. Once the solicitation bid deadline passes, there is no other way to revise your draft bid or submit your final submission. Bowling Green State University is accepting pricing proposals for promotional products to be used used as giveaways, resales, and fund-raising items throughout campus. This RFP is for products only, and the selected vendor(s) will not be responsible for any on campus services. BGSU RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS DUE March 15, 2023 SUPPLIER PRESENTATIONS Week of April 3, 2023 FINALIST SELECTED Week of April 10, 2023 CONTRACT AND IMPLEMENTATION April - June 2023 LAUNCH PROGRAM July 1, 2023 Proposal results will not be given out until such time as an award is made. Results may then be requested in writing to BGSU's General Counsel (afelty@bgsu.edu). CONTRACT TERM The contract term will commence on the date of award and continue for an initial term period of up to (3) years, with the potential of three (3) one (1) year renewable terms or any cobination therein. Pricing and discounts must remain firm for the length of the initial term and each renewal term thereafter.
