Construct new seasonal shower building, including all related equipment, appurtenances, and utility installations. 3. Upgrade surrounding site area at new building location to provide landscaping, parking and accessible routes to and around building. This project has a Enter TG/ED/VO Subcontracting Goal.% Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), and Veteran-Owned (VO) Small Business (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goals established. Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, and Veteran-Owned small businesses that can be used to meet subcontracting goals MUST be certified by the Department of Administration, Office of State Procurement at the time of the subcontractor's work on the construction project. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 1st, 2018 for construction of similar scope of work. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $1,000,000 or greater.
