Site work for a water / sewer project in Boswell, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Consists of the construction of approximately 230 linear feet of water lines and appurtenances by utilizing open trench methods of excavation, and related work. The project is being funded with local funds and state funds. The obligations imposed on the Owner shall apply to and be acceptable to the successful bidder(s). Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work within 60 consecutive calendar days from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
