Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Puyallup, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
This project includes work to replace approximately 500 linear feet of sanitary sewer main located between 9th Avenue SW and the Jack-in-the-Box north of 3rd Street SE that crosses through the Washington State Fair parking lot, including: 1. Installation of all required temporary erosion and sedimentation control measures. 2. Installation of bypass sewer pumping and providing temporary power as necessary. 3. Construction of 10-inch, 12-inch and 15-inch PVC gravity sewer main and three manholes (including installation, testing, CCTV, and final acceptance by the City). Includes crossing two 36-inch storm sewer mains. Work also includes installing temporary trench dewatering system and proper abandonment after completion of project. 4. Construction of all demolition and site restoration, including but not limited to HMA patching, grind and overlay, road reconstruction, removal of existing pipe and structures, filling a portion of pipe with CDF, landscaping, plant restoration, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and fencing. 5. Providing all associated work as shown on the Plans and within these specifications, for a complete and finalized workable system. Bidders are allowed to visit the site at any time. Though not mandatory, it is highly encouraged that any respective bidders visit the site prior to submitting a bid.
