The City of Miami Beach is seeking applications from contractors who wish to participate in a prequalification pool that will be used for the purchase of asphalt concrete on an "as needed" basis as specified herein. Interested contractors may submit an application indicating their intent to become prequalified. All contractors which meet or exceed the criteria established in this solicitation shall be placed on a prequalification list that may be accessed by various City departments to obtain price quotations for asphalt concrete. There is no deadline for the submittal of applications. However, the initial review of applications shall take place 21 days after issuance of this ITB. Applications submitted after this date will be reviewed periodically on an on-going basis. The City will endeavor to complete the review of each application within 60 days of receipt.
