(4-year contract) DRAINING WORKS, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF SEPTIC TANKS SLUDGE FOR THE YEAR 2023 (renewal option for the years 2024, 2025 and 2026) Tenders must be accompanied by a check bearing the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the tender, including taxes, for the first year or a tender bond of the same amount valid for a period of eighty - ten (90) days. Tenderers must take into consideration that all requests for information and questions must be made only in writing to the attention of Mrs. Patricia Tessier, Acting Director of Urban Planning, Environment and Sustainable Development, at the email address following address: ptessier@sjdl.qc.ca . Bidders should take into consideration that any communication between another representative of the project owner or the project manager is strictly prohibited. All written requests must be sent no later than 11 a.m., March 16, 2023in order to allow the project manager to respond to all requests by addendum before the opening of tenders. Any requests received after this deadline will not be considered. The contract is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement of Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Markets in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), the Agreement on Free Canadian Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA). The Municipality of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Moreover, it reserves the right to accept a submission in whole or in part.
