Renovation of a municipal facility in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
2.1Clean up all residual glue and debris from the concrete floor in ticket office area and back closet. 2.2Lay adhesive down on concrete throughout the entire area (including closet area), for Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) installation. 2.3Install LVT throughout the entire area, including the storage area (approximately 645 sq ft). LVT style/color to be decided by Public Transit & Neighborhood Enhancement Project Manager once bid is awarded, but options for LVT style/color can only be 20 ml wear layer. 2.4Install transition (black/brown/gold /silver) from office to exit/entrance door. 2.5Remove existing wall base and replace with new wall base (standard 4-inch vinyl/rubber blend) throughout the entire office area and closet. Base color to be decided by Public Transit & Neighborhood Enhancement Project Manager once bid is awarded. 2.6Move and reset of furniture to accommodate installation. 2.7Touch up areas (painting/dry wall) where walls might be scratched/damaged from installation. Please note: .Work will be done during normal business hours Monday through Friday, so budget accordingly and staff will be present during install, as this is a functional office. .Besides the submittal of the lump sum quote on this quote schedule, please also submit the quote on the company's letterhead.
