Clearwater County's 2023 Inventory Culvert Order Submitted tenders should include the following: L A price per meter of each size of culvert. 2. A price per doublewide coupler of each size complete with nuts and bolts. 3. A price per pail of bolts and nuts. 4. All quotes are to be F.O.B. Clearwater Counfy's North yard, located off local road RR 7-2 (NE-3-40-7-W5M). 5. All quotes are to be in Canadian funds. 6. The supplier shall ensure that the supply and fabrication of all galvanized coated corrugated steel pipe and couplers are in accordance with the latest edition of Canadian Standards Association (CSA) G40l specifications. 7. Clearwater County may purchase additional culvert inventory items, additional purchases shall be at the tendered price. Clearwater County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. Clearwater County reserves the right to accept a tender other than the lowest tender without stating reasons. By the act of submitting its bid, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of Ciearwater County to award the work to whomever it chooses, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reason the Municipality deems appropriate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Clearwater County may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the work that it deems in its sole discretion to be relevant to its decision.
