Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elk Grove, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project involves the installation of new roof systems per specifications and details. This project requires a Class C-39 license. In accordance with California Labor Code Section 1770 et seq. payment of the appropriate general prevailing rate of wages for all crafts employed on the public works site is required of the Contractor and all subcontractors. Compliance with California Education Code Section 45125.1 mandating fingerprinting requirements apply to this project. Bids received from parties not attending this mandatory pre-bid conference will be rejected as non-responsive. All bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference in its entirety.
