Demolition, site work and addition to a parking garage in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage; for the addition of a 1,000-square-foot, two-story above grade parking garage; and for the demolition of a parking garage.
Project generally consists of constructing a new 1,000 SF second-floor level on an existing garage structure for the use of the Police Department. The Work will be performed under four Contracts as follows: CONTRACT 1 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 2 ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 3 MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 4 PLUMBING CONSTRUCTION A pre-bid meeting and site visit will not be held. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time, on April 21, 2023; All questions must be submitted through PennBid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
