This project has two proposals. One for the Ground Storage tank and one for the booster pump station and plant piping. Contractors may bid on one or both proposals. BID PROPOSAL No. 1 - Remove existing ground storage tank and furnish and install 44,000 Gallon Ground Storage Tank at the Highway 285 Yard. BID PROPOSAL No. 2 - Remove existing booster pump equipment and metal shed at Highway 90 Yard. Furnish and instal new fiberglass builidng, packabge bosster pump package, electrical, controls and necessary piping. Also, furnish and install piping and valves at new 44,000 gallon ground storage tank, including overflow and drain box and piping to retnetion pond. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of materials as follows: TANK BID: Construction of one ground storage tank, including foundation, painting, related appurtenances, and removal of existing tank. PIPING AND BOOSTER PUMP: Installation of a new booster pump package at an existing location, pumps, piping, electrical, and a new pump shelter. Construction of water line and piping improvements at various ground storage tanks and booster pump stations. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder. Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the Grant Recipient or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening Bid Result.
