Renovation of an educational facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,352-square-foot educational facility; and 5,540-square-foot educational facility.
Reroof project for 2 existing buildings on the ETSU campus. Scope includes removal of existing adhered and ballasted EPDM roofing membrane systems and installing new 30-year warranty tapered insulation and EPDM adhered membrane roof system with prefinished metal gravel stops, AND flashings, for Clinical Education Building and as Alternate No. 1 the Clack Building (Chiller Plant). The Clinical Education Building includes a ridge skylight system, which will also need to be replaced as part of the base bid. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashiers) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies.
