The installation of pullouts at eight (8) separate locations as indicated on the provided plan sets 6 locations with asphalt paving and 2 with gravel surfacing. The work will require site grading and surfacing placement in each area for visitor parking expansion. This will require placement, compaction, and finishing of the new surfacing to achieve appropriate final grade. In those sites where asphalt placement is required, the contractor shall place specified asphalt to the extents indicated on each plan sheet with curb and gutter as indicated Culvert extensions are required in two locations. All specifications documents/drawings will be provided if/when the government proceeds with a formal solicitation. Notice to Offerors: Funds are being allocated for this requirement. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. An amendment to the solicitation will be posted when the requirement is fully funded. This is a invitation for bids.
