The Township of Perth East is seeking quotations for the replacement of three (3) rooftop HVAC units and control systems (as required) with new units and one (1) heater unit. Proponents are invited to prepare a HVAC and control replacement package inclusive of removals, modifications, installation and commissioning for the Perth East Recreation Complex located at 40 Temperance in Milverton, Ontario. The proposals are to contain, at a minimum, the following information: o Replacement unit selection and technical description of units o Description of decommissioning plan for old units o General description of plan to ensure the integrity of the roof after installation of new HVAC units o A description of the plans for the control of the new systems; both the approach to environmental control and the hardware o Summary of the manufacturer's warranty information and installer's labour warranty (no less than 1 year from Owner's acceptance) o Information confirming the installer's qualifications and examples demonstrating completed projects of a similar nature and scope.
