Proposers are required to provide an itemized cost proposal for the project. The following specifications are intended for the parking lot repair. Exterior - Parking Lot Repair Stonehenge 1. Remove all car parking bumps and put aside to reinstall after completing work. 2. Remove all dirt, asphalt, and limestone 1' deep. Complete a 3' circumference beyond the existing depression - remove all dirt, asphalt, and lime stone 1' deep in specified area. 3. Install fill dirt 3" at a time and compact it. 4. Install limestone mimium of 3" and compact it. 5. Install 3" or more asphalt to level out area which was removed in parking lot. 6. Reinstall parking bumpers. 7. Seal entire parking lot. 8. Re stripe enitre parking lot. The Contractor shall keep the working area sufficiently clear of equipment, material, and implements of service to prevent endangering persons and damage to the PCHA's property and to avoid an unsightly condition. Removal of such items shall be performed promptly upon completion of work. All debris and other waste materials shall be removed from the site and disposed of legally. The Contractor shall not use PCHA's facilities for disposal of debris and waste materials. Roofing nails are to be picked up throughout the day to avoid any safety issues. The successful bidder will be responsible for the proper fitting and anchoring of the new work, and for adjusting and repairing adjacent affected work. The PCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in any bid, to advertise for new RFQ, to cancel this RFQ, to proceed to do the work by other means, as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Authority.
