This Invitation to Tender consists janitorial services on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure at the Bathurst District & Construction Office, 3109 Miramichi Ave, Allardville, NB, for a period of three (3) years from April 1, 2023 until March 31, 2026 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increment upon written agreement by both parties. Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. Prior to Contract award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous two (2) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid. A Security Deposit is required per section 5 a) of the attached document. A copy or scan of paper originals will be accepted when submitted as an attachment to the bid. Prior to award, references, Criminal Record Checks, Insurance and WorkSafe NB registered and in good standing, will be required as per section 4 h), 9 c), 11 and 12 respectively.
