The Town of Hillsborough is requesting proposals for on-call temporary water and sanitary sewer locating services. The scope of work includes: Coordination with the town's utility system supervisor on locating needs. Providing timely response to requests from the town for mobilization. Responding to 811 tickets on behalf of the town through the town's Locator Logix 811 software to provide a positive response. Locating water and sewer infrastructure as outlined in locate tickets using appropriate locating tools and equipment. The locating will encompass all water and sewer services and mains owned by the town, which serves about 16,000 customers. Work will be allowed in the time frame of 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays, and the contract will be valid for 18 months.
