District Wide Security Improvements at Multiple Locations The Board of Education of the HALF HOLLOW HILLS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT hereby gives notice that it is seeking sealed bids for separate single prime contracts for: Bid #23-02 District Wide Security Improvements at multiple locations throughout the Half Hollow Hills School District. The Contract Documents may be examined at the Office of the Architect, BBS Architects, Landscape Architects and Engineers, P.C., 244 East Main Street, Patchogue New York, (631-475-0349). All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at the above referenced websites. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of bid addenda but bidders need to coordinate directly with the printer to obtain same. All packaging and shipping costs of Contract Documents and addenda are the responsibility of the bidder. The deposit for hard copies will be refunded upon return of Contract Documents, in good condition, within thirty days after bid opening, except for the lowest responsible bidder, whose deposit will be retained upon the award of the contract. Contract award to the lowest responsible bidder meeting bid specifications (or rejection of all bids) will be effected within 45 days of bid opening and bids shall remain firm and binding, and may not be withdrawn, throughout such period. A bid may only be withdrawn prior to bid opening and only in writing. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any bids, and advertise for new bids if, in its opinion, the best interest of the School District will thereby be promoted. *There were no bids received for this project.*
