The Boston Housing Authority ("BHA") seeks proposals for creation of a decarbonization plan as well as associated technical assistance. The BHA and City of Boston have established an ambitious Fossil Free Public Housing target for 2030 and the BHA aims to achieve full electrification by that date or the earliest technically feasible year. The decarbonization plan must also facilitate the BHA to meeting or exceeding relevant City of Boston emissions requirements, including the Building Energy Reporting and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO 2.0) and other relevant climate action targets by 2030. Proposers shall submit the fee and non-fee portions of their proposal under separate cover. Complete details, qualification, and submission requirements can be found in the RFP. Note! It will take up to 30 minutes for your bid request to appear on the Bidders' List. Please DO NOT re-register (resubmit a bid request). Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFP will be accepted in writing or by email only until 2:00 p.m. on 03/27/2023 and must be submitted to Joel Wool, Chief Procurement Officer, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy St., 6th FL, Boston, MA 02111 or via email bids@bostonhousing.org. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
