The NYS Office of Mental Health and South Beach Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Chiller Systems and Ancillary Equipment at South Beach Psychiatric Center located at 777 Seaview Ave, Staten Island, NY 10305. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate.
