Site work for a road / highway in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of 4/12/23, No bids received. A timeline for this to rebid has not yet been established. The project encompasses an 1,100-linear-feet trail that will be widened to 6 feet of natural surface, with attention to stabilization, vegetation clearing, signage and restoration. The trail connects Bayo Canyon on the western edge of the canyon floor with the Kwage Mesa Trail on the eastern edge. The trail can be accessed from the North Mesa Arena and Rodeo Grounds located at 700 North Mesa Road, Los Alamos, NM 87544. Considering the current COVID-19 (corona virus) outbreak, until further notice, the following procedure is in effect: Bids may also be submitted electronically by email in pdf format. All other requirements stated in the Solicitation Document remain in effect. Emails should be addressed to: lacbid@lacnm.us. Subject line of the email must contain the following information: RESPONSE - IFB23-60 Bayo Canyon Access Trail Improvements Project. Any questions must be received in writing at least six (6) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Failure of any bidder to receive any addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under its bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the solicitation documents.
