The Town of Victor will receive sealed bids for the Dryer Road and Victor Municipal Parks Parking Lot Improvements. Base Bid: - The project consists principally of the renovation and restoration within Dryer Road Park within the Town of Victor. The project will require resurfacing of existing gravel and asphalt parking area, the installation of new standard duty asphalt pavement in several areas and an area of new asphalt overlay over an existing asphalt surface. All parking areas will require appropriate striping and signage and will include all ADA requirements as needed. The project will also include the relocation and installation of new light poles and fixtures. The Town of Victor is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Town of Victor reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract.
