FFY 2021-2022 Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the neighborhood revitalization program category that may fund public infrastructure improvements such as street repaving, drainage, and water system upgrades, repairs, and related activities. Engineering services will include project design, construction observation, permitting, and related services. Proposals will be considered on an equal competitive basis using the following criteria: (1) Successful engineering experience: Max. 30 points; (2) Proposed approach: Max. 25 points; (3) Engineering experience with rural communities: Max. 25 points; (4) Qualifications of project staffing: Max. 15 points; (5) Ability to stay within the project budget: Max. 5 points. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
