Renovation of a residential development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
DESCRIPTION OF HOME INTENT OF REPAIR: Replace damaged facia, soffit, belly board, and siding. RESIDENCE TYPE: Double-wide Mobile Home YEAR BUILT: 1991 HOME SQ FT: 1,296 LOCATION: Tacoma Repair/replace estimated 160 ln ft of soffit and fascia board. Remove and dispose of damaged material. Secure every 24" with the appropriate size nails. Prime all material. Re-install any trim or gutters removed during this work. Provide estimated 6 sheets of 5/8"APA exterior Plywood T-111 siding with 4" or 8" grooves to match existing. Install as per APA Guidelines. Wafer board T-111 is not acceptable. Install estimated 20 ln ft of 2X6 rim joist. Replace an estimated 150 ln ft of belly board. Remove and dispose of damaged material. Contractor to caulk all joints, seams, and nails. Please Note: The porch areas are NOT included in this scope of work. The notice to proceed will be issued within five (5) to ten (10) calendar days of the execution of the Contract by the County. Should there be reasons why the notice to proceed cannot be issued within such period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the County and Contractor. All project work shall be completed within 60 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the County. Question Submission Deadline: March 13, 2023, 2:00pm
