Renovation of a municipal facility in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation from ENWIN to prospective Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals for the provision of: Civil Construction Services - Hydro oversite in the City of Windsor. The intent of this RFP is to select a Contractor to provide a variety of utility related construction services to maintain its existing infrastructure and expand to meet customer growth. The services will be required for the construction of new infrastructure as well as refurbishment and upgrading of existing infrastructure. The work will primarily involve miscellaneous civil work throughout the City of Windsor including the installation of electrical civil structures and underground cable (high and low voltage). The contract will have up to a five (5) year term, comprised of an initial three (3) year term (the Initial Term) with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions or parts thereof, under the same terms and conditions at ENWIN's sole discretion.
