NC State University's Athletics Department (hereafter referred to as University or Athletics) seeks proposals from qualified contractors (hereafter referred to as supplier or contractor) for pregame and halftime fireworks displays at Carter-Finley Stadium for NC State University football games. Athletics may also request fireworks displays at Men's Basketball games inside PNC Arena, athletic events inside Reynolds Coliseum and ten to fifteen minute fireworks shows at Baseball at Doak Field at Dail Park, Softball at Dail Softball Stadium and Men's and Women's Soccer at Dail Soccer Field under this contract. The term of any resulting contract will be for a period of one year beginning on or about July 1, 2023. At the University's option and under the same terms and conditions contained herein, this contract may be extended for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed a total of five (5) contract years or June 2028 Questions concerning the RFP requirements must be submitted in writing via email to jdjohn25@ncsu.edu, Subject Line: RFP #63-JDJ917419 - Questions, no later than 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
