1. All work shown on ARCADIS drawings dated 3/3/2023, including but not limited to the following: a. Demolition and removal of pavements and structures in the park. b. Grading, topsoil and seeding. c. Installation of pavement and pavement base for the basketball court. d. Installation of basketball goals. e. Coating and striping of basketball court. Court shall be sized and striped to Junior High School standards as shown on sheet C-600. f. Note that the following items shown on the plans are not in this contract: i. Site lighting, ii. Site furnishings including benches and trash receptacles, iii. Playground equipment. Owner reserves the right to deny requests for any reason A bid bond is required for this bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project.
