Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,446-square-foot transportation facility; for the addition of a 45,992-square-foot transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Minor renovations of the existing 18,446 SF Single - level terminal of Type 2B construction and the 25,287 SF Phase 1 expansion of the Terminal of Type 2B construction and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Note: This is Phase 1 of the Ultimate 45,992 SF expansion Terminal Improvements Project. THE LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE WEDNESDAY, MAY 24, 2023, AT 5:00PM (LOCAL TIME).
